Delicious breakfast selection!

Decent stay right near the airport with a good breakfast.

The noise level from other rooms was unbearable, making it difficult to sleep. It felt like privacy was non-existent as I could hear every conversation clearly. Additionally, despite being a reasonable price, the chilly nights made it uncomfortable without proper bedding.

Casa Tago delivered a lovely experience during my stay. The family-run vibe added a personal touch, making me feel at home right away. The breakfast selection impressed me, featuring gallo pinto, fresh fruit, and delicious homemade sauces that felt authentically Costa Rican. The walking distance to the town square and various restaurants made exploring easy and convenient. I appreciated the clean, spacious rooms, and while the pool was under repair during my visit, the outdoor garden provided a nice spot to unwind. One downside was noise. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms clearly at times, which affected my sleep. Despite this, the warm hospitality and tasty meals made up for many of these small inconveniences.

the staff was sweet, but I waited ages for someone to notice I wanted a towel by the pool. also, the breakfast was just sad—one bland omelette? I expected a much better experience for my stay, but alas, the cold nights and loud neighbors really didn’t help at all. almost left a nice review, just couldn’t.

This place feels like home! Super nice owners who make you feel special. The breakfast was really tasty, especially the fresh fruit. The room was a good size and super comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Directions to get here were a bit tricky with all the one-way streets, though.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, and I loved the comfy bed after a late flight. It was nice to relax by the outdoor pool and hang out in the tranquil garden area. Just a heads up, it got a bit chilly at night, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay. 🌴

Wi-fi was reliable, but I found ants in the bathroom. Good value overall.
